(50 sets x .25 min. = 12.5 minutes) The other half was sucking wind.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;It got really hard to keep a lot of snap in my form - hips thrust forward hard, knees locked, bell at  face height, shoulder in socket, etc. - but I did, right to the last rep. It became a matter of personal pride.  Good character development.
