Bozo the Clown, deada Childhood icon, who alternately delighted and terrified children across the US in the 60s and 70s is dead.
Clowns are an oddity of American culture I don't fully understand. When they are at quite a distance, they can be amusing and entertaining but up close they are just plain weird.
