Pistols (partial ROM - add 2-3/4" plywood sheets under foot w/same chair as last time - almost to parallel now.

Janda Sit-ups on Pavelizer II (w/band assist - finding ways to make it slightly harder by adding weight from 10 to 25 lbs. and flexing hamstrings more - I could not do positive reps when flexing hams hard before.
Bent Rows - 1 arm w/ 32+ 8 kg

That looks like great progress to me. Especially the presses. Great job.
Also, the pistols will break parallel soon the way you're going.

Thanks, Aaron! I think that last workout fried me, as I have not had the urge to workout for a bit and life and holidays have pulled my off orbit for a bit here.

Aaron, I've been GTGing the 2p for now - I have not been keeping up with my blog or even my journal, which I intend to resume as trying to blog everything I do for health and exercise just ain't workin' out.
